PARAGLIDE-SP Tablet is a combination medication used to alleviate pain and inflammation associated with various conditions, including muscle pain, joint disorders, postoperative discomfort, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. Each PARAGLIDE-SP Tablet contains:
1. Aceclofenac: A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting the production of certain chemical messengers in the body.
2. Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): An analgesic and antipyretic that helps alleviate pain and reduce fever.
3. Serratiopeptidase: An enzyme that aids in reducing inflammation by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, thereby promoting healing.
Key Information:
Usage: Relief from pain and inflammation due to bone or soft tissue injuries. Management of postoperative inflammation, edema (swelling), and pain. Treatment of conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.

Drug Interactions: Paraglide-SP may interact with other medications, including: Other NSAIDs or pain relievers, Blood thinners (anticoagulants), Certain blood pressure medications, Methotrexate, Lithium.
