Tablet is a combination medication used to alleviate pain and inflammation associated with various conditions, including muscle pain, joint disorders, postoperative discomfort, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. Each PARAGLIDE-SP Tablet contains:

 
1. Aceclofenac: A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting the production of certain chemical messengers in the body.
 

2. Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): An analgesic and antipyretic that helps alleviate pain and reduce fever.

 
3. Serratiopeptidase: An enzyme that aids in reducing inflammation by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, thereby promoting healing.
 
 
Key Information:
 
Usage: Relief from pain and inflammation due to bone or soft tissue injuries. Management of postoperative inflammation, edema (swelling), and pain. Treatment of conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.
 
Dosage: Follow your doctor's instructions regarding the dosage and duration. Do not self-medicate or adjust the dose without consulting a healthcare professional.
 
Administration: Take the tablet orally with a glass of water, preferably after meals to minimize potential stomach discomfort. Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush, chew, or break it.
 
Common Side Effects: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach pain, Indigestion, Heartburn, Loss of appetite, Diarrhea, Dizziness, Drowsiness, Elevated liver enzymes. If you experience persistent or severe side effects, contact your doctor promptly. 
 
Precautions:
 
Allergies: Avoid using Paraglide-SP if you are allergic to aceclofenac, paracetamol, serratiopeptidase, or any other NSAIDs.
 
Medical History: Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, bleeding disorders, heart disease, high blood pressure, liver or kidney impairment.
 
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Paraglide-SP may be unsafe during pregnancy. Consult your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
 
Alcohol Consumption: Avoid alcohol while taking this medication, as it may increase the risk of liver damage and enhance drowsiness.
 
Operating Machinery: This medicine may cause dizziness or drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery until you know how it affects you.
 
Drug Interactions: Paraglide-SP may interact with other medications, including: Other NSAIDs or pain relievers, Blood thinners (anticoagulants), Certain blood pressure medications, Methotrexate, Lithium. Inform your doctor about all the medications and supplements you are currently taking to avoid potential interactions.
 
Storage: Store Paraglide-SP Tablets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
